Traditional or Self-Publishing: Which Is Best for You?
Traditional or Self-Publishing: Which Is Best for You?
Whether to go traditional, self, or hybrid publishing is a question that plagues most authors. The correct decision for one author may not be the right one for another. So how can an author choose which route to take? L. C. Hayden, a traditional published as well as a self-published author—and currently a hybrid author—will help you determine which road is the best for you. The focus of this workshop will be on the advantages and disadvantages of each publishing choice so that all authors can determine which path to follow.
L. C. Hayden is the author of the popular Harry Bronson and Aimee Brent mystery series. Her works have been finalists for the Agatha, Silver Falchion, the Readers Choice, and LCC Awards. The books have hit the Pennsylvania Top 40, the B&N Top 10, and the Kindle Category Best Seller Lists. Hayden is also a popular speaker. She presents workshops, has spoken to clubs, and major cruise lines hired her to speak while cruising all over the world. From 2006 to 2007, Hayden hosted MWA’s only talk show, Murder Must Air.
